50 km ultramarathon at the Riverdale Regional Park in Brighton Colorado. I checked off the state of Colorado (37) and set a p.r. with a time of 5:36 in the “Runs with scissors” 50k. 24 laps on 1.3 mile course. Big surprise as my left knee was immobile 4 days prior and was not sure…
